Xue Ji (薛稷, 649-713), courtesy name Sitong (嗣通), was an official of the Chinese Tang Dynasty, briefly serving as chancellor during the reign of Emperor Ruizong (唐睿宗). He was considered one of the four greatest calligraphers of the early Tang, along with Ouyang Xun (歐陽詢), Yu Shinan (虞世南), and Chu Suiliang (褚遂良).
